So Chelsea Are At The Top Of The Heap 2016/2017

Failure Was Last Season 2015/2016 You Could Call It A Disaster

We did fail miserably, it was just so sad to see how we weren't doing it was just abysmal but this season is a whole new ball game at the top of the Premiership with about 8 points to spare until the games are played today then that can turn things around a bit and some juicy games they are to!

Always been a bit of a ladette i think that could be because i don't have any sisters so use to hang out with my brother and his friends and annoy them. Well come on that is what older brothers are for isn't it. I use to get on really well with my brother when we were younger but as you get older your friends change and you prefer to hang out with other people and you drift apart. Well we have anyway and to be really honest I can't say i miss him that much he is in another stratosphere to me.

My cousin and myself are the only two who don't support Arsenal the rest of the family do because my Mother and her family all grew up in Highbury and that is where the ground was. I say all the family because my Mother was one of 13 children, yes i know rather a lot but no TV in those days. So coming from there i think it is only right and fare especially when you hear of some that support Manchester City or United and never been to Manchester in all their lives, seriously what is that all about and the other thing that gets my goat is having what is called a second team. No a real supporter only supports the one possibly a child could have a second not an adult. In my book you support your local and nearest team and mine would be Chelsea, living in the best city or capital of the world and that of course is London. You have to stay loyal and i have done for many a year.

Last year was a bit of a fail but this year or season we have got up to the top of the league and all things being equal that is where we will stay. On the negative side of that comes if we remain in the top for we will be in the Champions League which will mean that we will have more games to play not forgetting the fairy tale FA Cup, still in that so got those games to but we have had a good draw with lower division teams which is a bonus for all concerned because those teams get a share out of the ticket sales and if they really are a very much lower division that money comes in really handy and not forgetting the TV rights either. Some of the bigger teams are already out of this cup which comes as no surprise because it is a fairy tale cup and dreams can come true. Well that is what they say anyway, don't know who first said it or coined it but would be a dream for Chelsea to win as far as i am concerned, always good to keep the silver cleaner in a job.

Love the game, love my boys and absolutely love to watch our manager Antonio Conte going ballistic jumping up and down on the side lines. I also love to watch the Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger with his puffer coat trying to do it up, that is hysterical and never grows old.

Liz - Lover of quite a lot of sports but Chelsea FC float my boat all the way up the Thames.
