Too Many Chief's And Not Enough Indian's In The NHS

So Much Money Goes To Those Allegedly Running The Hospitals!

If they were actually on the shop floor as it were, then they could see who the real people are in the hospitals and not just in the offices barking out orders. It's a whole different ball game on the floors of the hospitals some not so nice as others but i wonder if they ever had to clean the floors or the cubicles or clean out a bed pan instead of being cossetted away in their offices and frankly wasting good money and resources. They don't think and they don't care because it wasn't in the job spec so no they don't see what really goes on they just go and do their 9 - 5 job while the real troops work crazy hours and are not appreciated. I would have to imagine A & E has to be the worst department at certain times of the day or night possibly even worse. Things i have seen haven't been really to nice at times and they say that children are a priority but when my son broke his wrist and about 8 years old they kept us waiting from around 3 - 8 at night. Admittedly because there had been brought in a patient that had been shot so dealing with him but how many doctors does it take to see that one guy that got shot and one child that had a broken wrist, possible it was broken because took that long to find out who knew? And he was in agony.

Too many chiefs most definitely and not enough Indians as the saying goes and this saying really does say it all just way too many. Feel sorry for all who work in the NHS has to be a pretty thankless job but nevertheless too many chiefs because the Indians can revolt and do on a regular basis because who ever heard of a 70 hour week. None of us but those are the hours the Junior Doctors do work and frankly there isn't much money in being a hospital doctor but then again being a GP now that also is where the big salary's are. Sure loads of us could be more helpful than just dishing out the drugs like they do and don't really bother to check a single thing and then due to their neglect and no duty of care get done for Gross Negligence - the stories i have heard have been terrible of late and everyone has a tale to tell of their misfortunes or should that be diagnosis. I didn't write the post of how people were scroungers and quite well and that is the most read post because none of us like how these people are a drain on the system and frankly the system stinks.

Liz - Who would be a doctor or a nurse not me for one but i bet i could do a better job than a GP.
