Summer Time And The Living Is Easy - No It's Not It's Bloody Hot.

It's Hot, It's Humid And I Don't Have A Pool In My Garden.

We have had the most amazing weather of late we really have so much so that i think that the sales of desk fans, commercial fans and good proper air conditioning in some shops has been a blessing yes that hot and how odd to be so warm and of course get a summer cold now that has ticked me off, trouble is what is the right thing to wear, seemingly as little as possible as it really is so humid.

The one time i don't want the weather to be great is around now because it is a Bank Holiday and i happen to live near Notting Hill Carnival and i don't like it i hate the noise from it but it isn't like in America where they have carnivals or Cuba or i imagine Brasil but i can't lay any claim to going there because i haven't. To me it's just a lot of noise, pubs charge what they like for drinks and you see people selling cold drinks outside their homes, not good drinks, Coke or Pepsi never seen water but that may be because i just always pray for rain. I didn't pray this weekend but joy it has been raining first year i really wanted it to rain and got my dream come true. Still can hear the music though nothing puts off the Carnival even Boris Johnson couldn't move it - loving that man.

Said it before and I do have to say it again, there really is no place like London it has to be the best, well it is the Capital of England although i don't think it was right at the beginning, could of been Birmingham which is an absolute dump, sorry it is and you know it, well you would if you had to live there. It is definitely the curry capital of the world more Indian restaurants per capita than there are people, trouble is i really don't like curry. But in saying that if you Google swingers clubs they have a good few there, only went once and left after 20 minutes it was repulsive.

Only wanted to know what one of them was like no other reason, curiosity quelled and i won't be going back that is 110% for sure. But that was ages ago and i can promise you i really won't be going back again.

London has everything and some things are right on your bloody doorstep and i hope it starts to rain again, buckets down on their couple of days of crap - it isn't music its just a horrible bloody noise.

Liz Hilton - Not a lover of the Notting Hill Carnival and neither would you be if it was on your patch!
