Sometimes The Truth Does Hurt But With Me What You See Is What You Get.

There Are Those Who Would Prefer Straight Up Honesty, Me For One.

My cousin once said to me be careful what her sister said because when she has nothing to say she just makes up something and to take it with a pinch of salt. The only way i can describe her to you is that everyone in my family calls her the poison dwarf. A name that was taken from the program called Dallas, sure you remember that the actress was Charlene Tilton i do believe but i dont know the name of her off hand as in which her character name was. But she didn't shoot JR. If i remember rightly i think it was a character called Kirsten. Her name has popped into my head it was Lucy.

None of us are perfect except on occasion in our parents eyes but we all have said and done things that if we could turn back the clock we may have not said or done but unfortunately the clock only goes back in the fall or as i like to call it Autumn. Always a good time to remember to tell my mother when they go back and forward.

You can't turn back time but you can say sorry if you have said something that was out of order and make up some lame excuse and come to that you can say sorry with a smile and not think it at all but makes you look the bigger person to back down just occasionally. But then there are some people that can bare a grudge for what seems like forever. I am not one of these people but i would say that in truth i sometimes can't forgive nor forget which isn't a nice characteristic!

I do believe that if you are straight forward like a friend of mine is then you do know exactly where you stand. Some people think she is like Marmite as in you love her or hate her, I would have to say she is an acquired taste and not to everyone's taste but known her years and i let her do the talking and just agree with what she has to say, makes for an easy life but you do know where you stand with her.

Do i wish i hadn't fallen out with some people yes but others its a definite relief not to have them in my life because its easier not to think about them at all which makes for happy days. Then again it is so easy to fall out with other people and when you speak to them and find out they are displeased with you for some unknown reason then there is no easy way i see of dealing with idiots. Not much point in trying when you know that they don't have one brain cell. Generally it isn't something you have said or done at all but someone stirring things up against you, real friends take no notice of what is said but then again others do. I have a handful of friends but hundreds of acquaintances.

I believe if more people were honest about how they feel towards others then life for all concerned would be much easier because my Marmite friend may be one you either love or hate but truly she is honestly an acquired taste and says it how she means it and i prefer that.
