Question Asked To Eric Clapton And His Reply - MEOW

I Think A Lot Of People Know The Story But If You Don't Then Read On!

Eric Clapton was asked by a journalist in a very tritely fashion what was it like to be the best guitarist in the world. His reply was i don't know you better ask Prince. Sadly we can't ask Prince any more but i don't think that Prince really gave a flying one because he was for me one of the best but then i grew up with his music. Also grew up with various other genres because my brother liked different music to me so my mother would be screaming up the stairs to turn the music down to both of us. My brother liked heavy metal at that time or anything that sounded vile to me but he also liked Creme which had Eric Clapton in and a few weeks ago the dream we all dream of a question about Clapton to win on Pointless. Mine was Strange Brew and low and behold i got a pointless answer. Love that programme my son and I are always saying how we would love to go on it. But I digress sure there have been many other comments made but you cant take out of the equation Jimmy Hendrix he perhaps was the ultimate but not keen on his music so not in a position to say, saying you don't like something you know nothing about would make me stupid don't you agree? Anyway that was the claws out Meow reply by Eric, better ask Prince but then for me he possibly was one of the greatest. I just thought of a Hendrix song i think, all along the watch tower. But then i can tell you a whole bundle of Prince hits.

There are so many more that i know but the sad thing is that he isn't in the land of the living any more and that really saddens me, took ages for them to find out just what it was that actually ended his life and turns out it was a massive dose of pain killers. I don't know what they were exactly but it doesn't matter it is tragic he was only 52 and that is absolutely no age, certainly not these days. 

Loads of famous or legends have died this year. Every time i see someones name trending on Twitter i take a look to make sure they aren't dead - Yes that bad.
